Shipping Information
At MainlandRC, we aim to get your order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Times
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods, product launches, or sales events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide across New Zealand using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- South Island: 1–3 business days
- North Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected products. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel size and weight
- Delivery location
- Rural delivery requirements
Any free shipping promotions apply only where stated and may exclude oversized or heavy items.
Backorders & Out of Stock Items
Some products may be available on backorder. If your order contains backordered items:
- In-stock items may be shipped first
- Remaining items will be shipped once stock arrives
- We will contact you if there are significant delays
Estimated arrival dates are subject to supplier availability and shipping schedules.
Authority to Leave
If you select “Authority to Leave,” parcels may be left unattended at your delivery address. Once delivered, MainlandRC is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and items
- A description of the issue
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied:
- Additional shipping charges may apply
- Delays may occur
- We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
